| The most astute floral buyers keep abreast of trends in the industry by attending any number of educational seminars and industry events available throughout the year. United Flower Growers takes an active and leading role in many of these floral events including the Can West Hort Show. Many educational programs are the team effort of United Flower Growers and leading industry associations like Flowers Canada (BC Region), the Northwest Florists' Association and the Canadian Professional Floral Designers Association. | |

After the Auction our customers use various areas throughout the facility, including loading bays able to accommodate large semi-trailers, to load their plants and flowers for transport. Our customers from the U.S. meet with an inspector from Agriculture Canada who provides the necessary documents for export. |

| In the future, United Flower Growers will continue to look for opportunities to increase its sales, both locally and abroad. With UFG's established framework of world-class flower growers, experienced personnel, state-of-the-art technology, transportation links and steady promotional efforts, it is expected that BC-grown floral products will become more sought after. Markets as far away as Asia and as close as the United States are becoming increasingly aware of the valuable contribution that Canada is making in the world of international floral export. It's a trend that United Flower Growers intends to take full advantage of. |
