Update March 23: Account Payment

Due to COVID-19 and to protect the health and safety of our employees, all payments for both UFG and UFI will be credit card only.

Effective March 23, 2019 and onward, all payments must be taken over the phone or by email.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Call 604-430-2211 and ask for extension 107 for Michelle or extension 111 for Candace.
  2. Provide your account number and which company is being paid.
  3. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with a copy of your receipt to the email address on file. This will be the paid copy you provide when picking up your flowers.

If you don't have a credit card on file:

  1. Download and fill in the Credit Card Authorization form below,
  2. email the completed form to: michelle.santos@unitedfloral.ca or candace.channell@unitedfloral.ca, or by fax to 604-430-6659.

March 20 Update: Auction building access

Due to COVID19, UFG must limit potential exposure. As we are seeing all around the world drastic actions are being taken to limit public interaction and keep people a safe distance from one another. UFG feels that this is the best option to limit disruption to your business activities, while keeping our customers, growers, and staff as safe as possible during these uncertain times. We apologize for the inconvenience, but strongly believe this is the best course of action for all. We hope these measures will be sufficient, but further action may be unavoidable.

Effective March 20 and until further notice, customers will have limited access to the building, and the gallery and cafe will be closed. All auction participants will be required to buy from home or alternate location.

Product Pickup Time: Once selling has finished (all clocks), a message will be sent in the Help & Support tab indicating the estimated time that distribution will be finished. Customers can pick up after the estimated time. No product can be picked up until distribution is finished.

Product Pickup Locations: Customers will be able to pick up their products from the drive-thru area and outside of bay door 6. Wagon exchange customers (including growers and transport companies) will have limited access to the loading dock area, and will be required to check in and remain in a designated location. Staff will instruct how the pickup process will work.

Bucket Returns: Bucket returns will be processed at the bucket washing facility from the parking lot bay door. Buckets can also be returned on auction days in the drive through up to 1pm.

After Auction Services: If you are missing product or have product to return, please notify a staff person in the drive through or loading dock area and someone will come to assist. There will be NO After Auction sales during this period.

We appreciate your understanding and support during this difficult period. This is a fluid and rapidly changing environment and we will do our best to balance business needs with safety. There will have to be some exceptions and revisions as we implement this protocol, but the main goal here is to reduce the volume of people through our building, especially during peak times.
